The project was a very ambitious re-build of an existing General Store with the addition of a third floor which houses 4 penthouse condominiums.  The second floor houses 7 condominiums.  A new elevator was incorporated.

Parking for 4 is provided on the main level which also houses 4 commercial condominiums.
