Rose Hill Residence,  Kamloops BC

Brian O. Nelson Architect

The project building site is perched on a knoll adjacent to a 60' ravine in an area of tall mature Ponderosa Pine trees.

The property did not have a municipal sanitary system and a three-field ground disposal system was installed amongst the Pines to preserve the ambiance of the natural forest setting.

The Owner required that the home not require window coverings but have full privacy by design.

The interior main and upper floors have flush trimless window and base installation and doors only on powder rooms.
