The project site was a triangular "remnant" property adjacent to a large Lottery Headquarters facility.

The site has limited vehicular access due to fronting on a high volume arterial street with a narrow lane at the rear.

The Owner was proposing to accomplish a professional offices building with ground level parking via the rear lane.

Access to the main floor entrance was via an in/out one way allee' / porte cochere with short term parking.
