The project is located on a hilltop overlooking the Thompson Valley which the administration block fronts.

 

The building comprises the precast concrete manufacturing plant and the administration and staff facilities in the glazed curtain wall portion.

 

The manufacturing plant building used 30' clear height insulated precast loadbearing wall panels.
