This apartment is to be located on an undeveloped property in the civic center of a small interior BC town.

The building will have 3 floors of residences over an in-ground parking garage.

The structure of the building will be reinforced concrete floor slabs with steel columns.

The units are predominantly 1-bed with three 2-bed units and 2 accessible units on the main floor.

Construction is scheduled for spring of 2020.
