The Owners named their proposed retirement villa "My Blue Heaven".  The casa is located on a land ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

 

Brian Nelson was engaged after the project had been deisigned in Mexico to provide structural efficiencies,  addition of an elevator, and ammendments to the appearance and site layout.

 

The plans were modelled in 3D (rear illustrated above) to assist the Owners with decisions about the alterations to the original design.
