Brian O. Nelson  Architect AIBC     B.Sc.  M.Arch.

Brian was born in Vancouver BC and raised in Penticton BC.  He attended the University of BC in 1965 achieving his B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics as well as the pre-architecture programme in 1968.

 

After a year in the industry to gain construction experience, Brian entered the Graduate Programme of the School of Architecture and Allied Arts at the University of Oregon where he achieved his M.Arch in 1974. 

 

At the completion of the Intern Architect Programme of the Architectural Institute of BC,  Brian registered as a member of the AIBC (#993) in 1976,  and began his independent architectural practice in Kamloops in 1978,  where he has resided.

 

In 1993 Brian was elected to the Council of the Architectural Institute of BC and served a two-year term as a Councillor.

 

Brian's experience and portfolio has been gained throughout BC, Alberta and Portland Oregon.
